The Mystery of the Magic Mask

In the afternoon, the sun made long shadows in Venice. Polly and Isabella walked through the narrow streets. Their steps echoed on the old stones. Isabella held a map. It seemed alive, its symbols shining in the light. They turned into a dark, narrow street and found their first challenge.

Isabella wanted to solve the mystery. She opened the old door. Inside was a big hall with old paintings and fancy lights. The air was dusty, but the room felt alive, like it waited for people to return. Polly, always brave, flew around, her shadow dancing on the walls.

They followed the music. It led them to a big, beautiful room. There, a party was happening. People wore amazing clothes and masks. They danced under the candlelight. It felt like they were in the past.

Polly saw a man standing alone. His mask looked like the one on Isabella’s map. He seemed important, like he knew the answers. Isabella nodded, and Polly went to him quietly.
