Harper taps the water icon. TINK.
The tiny island model shimmers. A ring of blue pixels spins off the edge and shoots outward. Outside the sky base window, blocks drop from the air—plop, plop, plop—forming a smooth, square bowl beside the island.
WHOOSH. Calm, glassy water flows in, filling the shape like a quiet, pixel waterfall. The new lagoon glows soft teal under the square moon, its surface barely rippling. A short row of blocky stones appears along the edge, like stepping-stones from the beach to the water.
Harper presses a hand to the glass, pillow tucked close. “Lagoon unlocked,” Harper whispers. “That’s gonna be a good spot.” The bridge of light-blocks finishes with a gentle click, now reaching all the way to the island’s shore.
